Aydeliz Lopez Pichardo is an illustrator and fine artist from the Bronx, NY, attending The School of Visual Arts for her BFA in Illustration. From digital art, Traditional illustration, woodworking, and sculpture, she is a jack of all trades and enjoys all forms of creation. She has always been fond of teaching, as she took an opportunity to teach art at her high school after graduating early in 2022. After building her passion, she began to work in her community and taught arts and crafts to various senior centers in the Bronx. Ady loves using her online platform to boost the information she’s learned throughout the years. She wants individuals of all ages to create work to express themselves and use as an outlet. She believes all forms of art are valid expressions of self, even if the work looks “ juvenile” or if it “lacks any substance” to others. In this day and age, we are used to commercializing ourselves while looking for online validation. Sometimes you have to step back and create for yourself first 🙂
